MARY LANG,
Mary Lang admits that she has been painting for a long time. Exactly how many years, she will not say. Her mediums have included oil, charcoal, watercolor, etc.

I loved my art class in high school. My teacher was Gerald Brommer. Our high school was brand new and the fine arts department was just being developed. In college I majored in commercial art, but left early to get married and concentrate on home making. The era of Donna Reed strikes again!
Now retired from the aerospace industry; I finally get to concentrate on my artistic quest to work with watercolor.
A couple of years back, I started with some classes led by Anne Williams and have studied with Tom Fong, Chris VanWinkle, Don Andrews, Sylvia Megerdichian, Jim Salchak, Joe Stoddard and best of all a workshop with Gerald Brommer last year. What fun!
I belong to all the local museums, the East Valley Art Association and Associated Artists of the Inland Empire at the present time.
My mother taught me to observe as much as I could and use my imagination to express myself.
Daily, I thank God for the chance to live in America, and experience this area where we have beautiful weather, constant inspirations, and innumerable opportunities to share the arts.
